ON THE SITE, EVEN IF AMERISS OR AN AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE OF AMERISS
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF THE USE OF OUR
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES RESULT IN THE NEED OF SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION
OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THOSE COSTS.
- No person may impersonate another person or in any way violate local, national
or international law in the use of our product.
- This contract shall be construed according to, and governed by the parties
moreover agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English law
courts in any dispute or difference of any kind which may arise concerning
the contract.
